I don't use my AudioBox for recording so I've never had a reason to give it a shot. I'm either getting old or I've got waaaay too much going on. I haven't dealt with this a lot lately and I can't remember. You can send the mono track to a stereo track for further processing if you. So for your microphone, use a mono track and it will be centered (you will hear it in both ears, unless panning is moved off center). If I remember corrrectly you'll need to set your I/O up as a stereo track for it to work properly. But a stereo track has two channels left and right and you're only inputting one of them. What software are you routing the audio through?
